What is life coaching?  According to The International Coaching Federation, life coaching is “partnering with clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.”  A Life Coach guides and supports you as you embark on a journey of personal growth and powerfully transform your life by gaining focus on where you currently are in life, becoming more self aware, clarifying your visions for your future, discovering new possibilities, setting goals and achieving them.

Is Coaching a form of Therapy?  No, Life Coaching in not therapy which deals with your past and what you have been through.  Life Coaching is a forward focused, individualized, positive energy, pro-active, step-by-step behavioral change process.

How does Coaching work?  Coaching can take place in many different formats: in person meetings (60 minutes), convenient telephone sessions (30 minutes) or Skype communication sessions (30 minutes).  All sessions, regardless of format, are conducted with high integrity and client safety and confidentially are always a top priority.

Packages are customized according to client needs but typical Coaching Packages are for 60, 90 or 120 days and can be held:

  • Weekly
  • Bi-weekly
  • Monthly

 
During each session your coach will actively listen to you to gain insight on your life intentions and desires because no one knows you better than you do.  Through powerful questions and support for self-discovery and accountability your coach will honor your individuality, creativity, and resourcefulness while motivating, encouraging and guiding you to explore your greatest potential and create a goal-oriented action plan that will take you where you want to be in life.
